Premenstrual tension (PMT) or Premenstural Syndrome (PMS)

PMS includes recurrent signs and symptoms that develop during the seven to fourteen days prior to menstruation. This condition occurs in most women 3-7 days before the flow starts or in some women it can begin at the time of ovulation and last for 14 days until the flow starts. Usually the symptoms are mild in most of the cases, but in few cases they can be severe when it is known as "Premenstrual dystrophic disorder".

Also known as reflux, heartburn, or acid indigestion. Reflux is derived from "re" meaning "back" and "fluxus" meaning "flow". Gastroesopageal reflux is a form of dyspepsia (indigestion) where stomach contents are regurgitated into the oesophagus and sometimes the mouth, which results in a burning sensation in the stomach or chest. This is commonly described as "heartburn'. There may also be the sensation of fluid in the oesophagus or mouth, and a sour or bitter taste.

Superfoods from green plants

Chlorophyll

Chlorophyll is a green pigment present in plant foods that
has a similar molecular structure to the red haemoglobin pigment found in the
blood cells of humans. One important difference between chlorophyll and
haemoglobin is that the former contains magnesium, whilst the latter contains
iron. The properties of chlorophyll and its effects in the human body are not completely
understood, however this pigment is believed to have many health benefits,
including detoxification, cleansing, and anti-inflammatory actions.

Supplements for Weight Loss

Nutritional supplements:

Diets that are low in total calories may not contain adequate amounts of various vitamins and minerals. For that reason, taking a Multi-vitamin and Mineral supplement is advocated by proponents of many types of weight-loss programs, and is essential when calorie intake will be less then 1, 100 calories per day.
