Herbal recipes for allergies and Immune system

Allergies, hayfever, immune system

·  50 g Elder flower

·  50 g Eyebright

·  50 g Fennel

Prepare the mixer herbs as a hot infusion. Sip 2-3 cups throughout the day, adding 5 mL of Echinacea extract (1000 mg) to each cup.

Sinusitis

·  30 g Elder flower

·  30 g Eyebright

·  20 g Golden rod

·  10 g Peppermint

·  10 g Thyme

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion. Drink 2-3 cups daily, adding 5mL of Echinacea extract (1000 mg) to each cup.

Conjunctivitis

·  50 g Chamomile

·  50 g Eyebright

Prepare as a hot infusion and drink 2-3 cups a day. In addition, infuse 1 teaspoon of chamomile with 1 cup of boiling milk. Stand to cool. Using clean cotton wool, sponge eyes with the chamomile infusion twice daily.

Candidiasis, yeast infections

·  50 g Calendula

·  50 g Chamomile

·  50 g Dandelion

·  50 g Willow bark

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion. Sip 3 cups throughout the day. Adding 5 mL of Echinacea extract (1000 mg) to each cup. Cut down on foods and drinks that have a high yeast, sugar or carbohydrate content.
