Herbal recipes for the skin, eyes and hair

Skin disorders

  • 20 g Bedstraw
  • 20 g Speedwell
  • 15 g Burdock root
  • 15 g Calendula
  • Red clover

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion. Drink 3 cups throughout
the day, adding 5 ml of Swedish bitters to your morning and night cup.

Psoriasis                

  • 25 g Stinging nettle
  • 20 g Meadowsweet
  • 15 g Calendula
  • 15 g Speedwell
  • 15 g Willow bark
  • 10 g Dandelion
  • 10 g Walnut leaf
  • 10 g Yarrow
  • 5 g Oak bark

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion. Drink 6-8 cups
throughout the day. Apply Calendula cream to the affected areas. A 10day detox
and liver cleansing program is also useful.

Excessive perspiration

  • 50 g Sage
  • 30 g Oak bark
  • 30 g Yarrow

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion and sip 3-4 cups throughout
the day.

Chronic skin
disorders

  • 50 g Red clover
  • 40 g Stinging nettle
  • 25 g Speedwell
  • 25 g Yarrow

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion and drink 3-4 cups
a day. Organic juice detoxification programs are very effective for chronic
skin disorders.

Acne, skin
disorders

  • 30 g Dandelion
  • 30 g Plantain
  • 30 g Speedwell
  • 30 g Stinging nettle
  • 30 g Walnut leaf

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion and drink 3-4 cups
a day.

Conjunctivitis,
eye infection

  • 45 g Chamomile
  • 45 g Eyebright
  • 25 g Calendula

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion and add 1
tablespoon of Swedish bitters. Stand to cool, soak a cloth in the infusion and
lay it over the eyes for about 45 minutes every day.

Sore and tired
eyes

  • 30 g Eyebright
  • 20 g Chamomile
  • 20 g Fennel

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion. Stand to cool and
use as eyewash twice a day.

Hair loss

  • 50 g Birch
  • 50 g Rosemary
  • 50 g Stinging nettle
  • 50 g Walnut leaf

Prepare the mixed herbs as a hot infusion and allow cooling.
Gently massage into your scalp twice a day.
